The journey to create Hey Offices began with a wealth of first-hand research.

Kontor had established itself as a leading office broker for eight years, offering unparalleled insights into the niche needs of its customer base.

To deliver an innovative solution, we conducted in-depth competitor research, ensuring we could seamlessly introduce new features and functionality.

Our mission was clear: rebrand and repurpose the existing Kontor back-end platform for front-end customer use, extending its functionality to automate lead generation for office providers.

This transformation aimed to provide a premium office broker service without the need for a traditional broker, aligning with the vision of Hey Offices.

My collaboration with Kontor spanned several years, giving me a deep understanding of their core offerings.

Hey Offices, conceived by Luke (Founder), Polly (Marketing), and Alex (COO), combined the best elements of Kontor, Rightmove, and Airbnb to create a premium office brokerage service.

This in-depth industry knowledge and our focus on understanding customer needs were pivotal to our success.

We initiated the project by leveraging the Kontor back-end platform as a foundation, rebranding and enhancing it for customer front-end use.

We extended its capabilities to automatically funnel leads to office providers.

Simultaneously, we designed a new landing page to communicate the unique value proposition, simplifying the office rental process.
